LIFE BEYOND WORK

The part that
matters most.

A career tells you what I’ve done. The people, places, and values behind it tell you how I show up.

FATHER FIRST

The title that matters more than any job title.

I’m the father of three incredible kids. Fatherhood has taught me more about patience, responsibility, humor, resilience, and perspective than any professional role ever could.

It is also the clearest reason I keep working to grow. I want my children to see that a meaningful life is built through showing up, learning from difficult chapters, keeping your word, and staying willing to begin again.

They are the people I am proudest of and the standard behind the way I try to live and work.

A NEW CALIFORNIA CHAPTER

North, south, desert, and home.

I grew up with Michigan roots and have also called South Florida, Arizona, and Atlanta home. Each place left something with me: Midwestern work ethic, an appreciation for warm weather and the ocean, comfort with change, and a broader view of the people and communities that make a place feel like home.

In April 2026, I moved to Encinitas. San Diego County feels like the right setting for this chapter—close to the water, full of energy, and surrounded by people building interesting lives and businesses.

The moves are not separate identities. They are one story about adapting, rebuilding, staying curious, and carrying the best parts of every chapter forward.

WHAT KEEPS ME GROUNDED

Good water. Good music.
People who matter.

01

Water and the outdoors

Fishing, boats, open water, and a clear sky are some of the best ways I know to reset and get perspective.

02

Sports

I enjoy a good baseball game and the connection, competition, and shared memories that come with sports.

03

Live music

Music changes the energy of a place. Jimmy Buffett remains a favorite reminder that ambition and enjoying the journey can coexist.

04

Building things

I genuinely like taking an idea, learning what it needs, and turning it into a website, product, or useful experience.

THE PERSONAL THROUGH-LINE

Stay curious.
Keep moving forward.

I value honest conversations, people who can laugh at themselves, and work that creates something real. I like learning new tools, exploring new places, and finding ways to be useful.

The map has been varied, but the priorities are steady: family, adaptability, hard work, meaningful relationships, and making enough room to enjoy the life being built.
